Request for Expression of Interest (EOI)

Ms. Symbiosis Consultancy Private Limited requests professionals and experts, including, independent professional firms and survey companies to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to render professional consultation services, hereinafter referred to as CINP Independent and Professional Consultation Service (CIPCS) required for Core Inclusion Nepal Program (CINP). The EOI must be based on gross understanding of the Limited Professional Bidding (LPB) scheme hosted on CINP Menu in the dashboard on Envisioned Evaluation Portal (EEP), namely, www.symbiosis.com.np.

The EOI must also be covered by profile of individual and firms with skills and experiences that are most relevant to DDD specific services. A DDD specific service is a funding level consultation from developing survey contexts to assessment of efficacy of funded development sector programs aimed at DDD transition and key data extractions to streamline and integrate quantitative and qualitative control level objective data of the funded partners entities in terms of CINP Level Budget Absorption (CLBA) to aid strategic program level financial and operational metrics under Core Inclusion Nepal Program (CINP).

The professional consultations services shall aim at providing inputs for 3-Tiered service layers of CINP comprising Baseline, Mid-line, and End-line Program/Surveys to support Policy Framework Oriented Results (PFOR) and aid assessment of compliance landscape of development sector participants towards the achievement of 2030 Global Agenda on Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). The scheme shall entail LPB candidates to examine and self-assess their Due-Diligence related practices under Comprehensive Partnership Agreement Assessment (CPAA) Checklists.

The shortlisted candidates under LPB scheme shall be called upon to submit bid documents/request for proposal (RFP) to render professional consultation services in the relevant capacity through their empanelment as CINP Independent and Expert Bodies (CIEB). With the empanelment of LPB candidates/applicants, we shall allot a Unique Member Identification Number (UMIN) that will help LPB members login CINP multiple Donor Platform (CMDP) and access the resources that we provision online with the help of members’ dashboard in CINP Application System (CAS).

For your kind information, all Future Agreement for Bids (AFB) shall be guided by Core Inclusion Nepal Program – guidelines (CINP-g) and Fund and Program Level Activity – Due Diligence (FPLA-DD). The LPB candidates/applicants shall be provided with relevant extracts of the CINP-g that affect their rendering of CIPCS.
