Pursuant to requirements laid down in Clause 61 of Core Inclusion Nepal Program – Guidelines (CINP-g), The company MS. Symbiosis Consultancy Private Limited has approved the name of the Category 01 vendors, namely, Hotel, Accommodation, and allied hospitality Service Vendors, hereinafter shortlisted as CINP Approved Service and Resource Vendors (CARSV) for the management of CINP Conference and Seminar Program (CCSP). 

The shortlisted vendors shall be required to comply with Legal Terms and Conditions, including Privacy Policy; Vendor’s Terms of Service (VToS); Vendor Management Policy-cum-Guidelines (VMPG) – under Document Control Version SCPL/01/23042022, and Independent Business Compliance Checklists (IBCC). The shortlisted vendors are kindly requested to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to provide services contemplated in relevant annexures underlying VMPG, namely, Business Process Level Service (BPLS) – Annexure 02; Accommodation Process Level Service (APLS) – Annexure 03; Food Provision Level Service (FPLS) – Annexure 04; Security and Surveillance Level Service (SSLS) – Annexure 05.01 and Annexure 05.02; Conference and Seminar Program Service (CCPS) – Annexure 06; and Specific Amenity Level Service (SALS) – Annexure 07. All EOIs shall have to directed to and emailed at director@symbiosis.com.np with a cc at officemanager@symbiosis.com.np. 

The Independent Business Compliance Checklists (IBCC) - Annexure 02 in VToS shall Comprise of Part A of IBCC – Clarificatory Notes; Part B of IBCC – CINP Management Office’s (CMO) Technical Specification and Compliance; and Part C of IBCC – Assessment and Checklists under categories Physical Security of Vendor’s Property, including Descriptive Questions; Security of IT Infrastructure, including Descriptive Questions; Life and General Safety, including Descripting Questions; Emergency Planning and Response, including Descriptive Questions; Documented Safety Management; Supply of Goods and Services; Food Inventory Management; Property Management System; Electrical Safety and Compliance; and General Best Practices.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) shall be governed by Competitive and Transparent Bid Quotation (CTBQ), which is bid documents under Document Control Version CINP/CTBQ/CDPS/RFP#01/CCSP applicable for Category 01 Shortlisted Vendors to bid CTBQ on equal opportunity basis for the provision of goods and services required by Core inclusion Nepal program (CINP) under CINP Decentralized Purchase System (CDPS). The solemn Declaration of Compliance (DoC) shall form integral part of CTBQ.

We, therefore, kindly request all shortlisted vendors to go rigorously through VToS to seek their enrolment into Core Inclusion Nepal Program (CINP) before submitting EOI. The shortlisted vendors are also requested to complete Independent Business Compliance Checklists (IBCC) online.
